Do you read every request for a new tool?
We do. Each request is logged and reviewed. Tools that are simple, genuinely useful, and requested by more than one person jump to the top of our build list.
Can I report a bug with a tool?
Definitely, and the more detail you include, the faster we can fix it. Add the tool name, the browser and device you are using, and the steps that led to the problem.
